  • By talking to Payle Itaki, you can consume Souls in order to add STR / AGI / VIT / INT / DEX or LUK bonus statistics.
    • Unlike the official system, enchantments can have more than one stat bonus.
    • The chances of getting a better bonus depend on the given Soul.
  Take note it still can destroy your item, better be prepared !
  If you want to protect your gear, you must use a Blacksmith's Blessing !
→ Take note that you can fuse 10 Fragments of Souls into its refined version.

What are the costs ?

  • Regardless of the type of Soul used during the process, the enchantment will cost :
    • One Soul
    • 400 000 zenys
    • An Armor

How it works ?

Three types of Souls are currently available on DaRO, these souls gives different chances to get stats on your gear.


  • While using an Uncommon Soul, if successfully enchanted :

    • 30% chance to get a second Stat +1 (60% with Brilliant Soul)
    • Otherwise, 100% chance to get any Stat +1
      • There are 36% chance to break your gear upon enchantment.


  • While using a Rare Soul, if successfully enchanted :

    • (With Brilliant soul only): 5% chance to get two Stats +2 and one extra Stat +1.
    • 10% chance to get two Stats +2 (20% with Brilliant Soul)
