 Steals an item from monster.
 The user has 80% chance to steal 10% of target's attributes, plus/minus user's and target's levels.
 If autocasted at long distance attacks chance to steal attributes are reduced (by 10% per cells).
 Target's stolen attributes is reduced by 10% for 30sec (maximum 10), User receive that amount as a bonus for 30sec (no maximum).
