TF_DOUBLE
Double Attack
Description :	Increases the chance of dealing double attacks when using Dagger class weapons. This skill also affects Left-Hand damage with Katar class weapons.

Description :	Increases flee rate. Flee rate increases upon reaching 2nd class.

TF_STEAL
Steal
Description :	Steals an item from monster.
Additional Information :	The user has 80% chance to steal 10% of target's attributes, plus/minus user's and target's levels.
	If autocasted at long distance attacks chance to steal attributes are reduced (by 10% per cells).
	Target's stolen attributes is reduced by 10% for 30sec (maximum 10), User receive that amount as a bonus for 30sec (no maximum).

Description :	Hides under the ground to avoid enemy attack. Detection skills will cancel hiding status.

Detoxify
Description :	Removes Poison, DPoison, Bleeding, Burning, Toxin status from a targeted character.
Max Level:	5	Skill Form : Active	Target : 1 Player	Range : 9 Cells
Additional Information :	Works on all DOT status and Venom Splasher.
Additional Information :	When Detoxify is curing a status, it heals a small amount of HP/SP and:
Level 1	Gives immunity to all common status effects for 1.5sec
Level 2	Gives immunity to all common status effects for 3sec
Level 3	Gives immunity to all common status effects for 4.5sec
Level 4	Gives immunity to all common status effects for 6sec
Level 5	Gives immunity to all common status effects for 7.5sec

Sprinkle Sand
Description :	Kicks sand into enemy face which will inflict 130% damage and also chance to cause Blind or Stun on the target.
