Description : Grants, for a small period of time (7 seconds), a buff of resistance to damage depending on the equipement total refine level.
Only refine from worn defensive stuff (armor, shield, shoes, muffler, hat) counts in.
The resistance buff is applied as a percentage of damage recieved AND as an additional fixed value.
