 Steals an item from monster.
 The user has 80% chance to steal 10% of target's attributes, plus/minus user's and target's levels.
 If auto-casted at long distance attacks chance to steal attributes are reduced (by 10% per cells).
 The target's stolen attributes are reduced by 10% for 30 sec (maximum 10 per attribute), the user receives that amount as a bonus for 30 sec (no maximum).
