Killing count is reset after every logout.
If a reward if claimed all other count are reset.
A reward is a map item with a level depending on the killed monster level.
If multiple monsters are kill 100th time only the highest level is taken into account.

For the skill duration any none monster target physically or magically attacked by the user have a high chance to recieves that status (for a minimal duration).

Description : When a none boss monster this skill is charged up with the killed monster ID.
If this skill is used with a charged monster ID then a decoy monster is summoned.
The decoy is a dead monster which does not move or act, it is just a decoy.
The element of the decoy is undead 2.
Maximum HP formula is : (DEX + INT) x 20. The level of this skill may cap maximum HP if not maxxed.
Cast provoke on monsters to attract them although they can't damage it.
Note: You need at least 10 INT to summon a Decoy.
