Evil's Land is a NPC skill which create a wide area of dark damage. Damage are based on healing value, so healing bonus or malus would affected them
Creates an unholy area in the targeted location that heals all Demon and Undead monsters and inflicts Shadow property magic damage to all players and Demi Human monsters in a 11x11 area.
It has a chance of leaving enemies blind (for a short duration of 7 seconds).
Multiple area do not overlaps on themselves.
Use @toggle 4374 to disable it.
