Additional Information : Each level of this skill adds 1% to minimum AND maximum hit rate (which are respectivilty set to 5% and 95% by default).

BS_ADRENALINE2
Bash.gif Full Adrenaline Rush
Description : Decreases character's attack delay with all weapons, including ranged by 30%. Decreases nearby party menbers attack delay with all weapons except ranged by 20%.
These two effects are supposed to stack with each other when used by more than one Smith in a party. Changing from a mace/axe to any other weapon (including bare fists) cancels the effect.
Does not stack with other skills that directly increase ASPD.

Description : This skill has the chance of destroying an equipped weapon or armor when used in PvP zones on other players, or to decrease Attack Power or Defense when used on monsters by 25% for 4,5 sec +0,5sec per Lv.
This skill's level affects its duration and rate of success.

Description : Increases Movement Speed when a Pushcart is equipped.
Effect which decreases movement speed cannot interfere with this skill.

WS_WEAPONREFINE
Bash.gif Weapon Refine
Description : Refines weapons to increase their grade.
Unlike weapon smithing, which is affected by DEX or LUK, this skill's success rate is affected by the caster's Job Level.
Whitesmith have same rate of success as Item Upgrade NPCs at Job Level 50, has 5% greater chance of success than Item Upgrade NPCs at Job Level 60, and have a 10% greater chance of success at Job Level 70.
If upgrade attempt fails, the weapon will be destroyed.
Level 1 Weapon require 1 Phracon.
Level 2 Weapon require 1 Emveretarcon.
Level 3-4 Weapon requires 1 Oridecon.

Description : This skill is only enabled during Cart Boost status.
Spends a certain amount of zeny to smash Pushcart into an enemy with a chance of inflicting the Stun status.
The amount of this skill's damage is affected by the skill's level and the weight of items carried in the Pushcart.
